This could be why Kofi came out last week and said the war in Iraq was illegal - he was trying to deflect attention from the Oil for Fraud scandal.

I suspect the October Surprise will have to do with Kerry reportedly meeting with representatives from North Vietnam in Paris back in 1971. If he did that, it was highly illegal.
