You can't really blame Kerry. As a senator he has a really tough schedule
Sailing on Mondays, Windsurfing on Tuesdays, visiting the Senate for lunch on Wednesdays, with a hair touch up on Wed. afternoon.
then thursday, choose to either go to the Idaho house or one of the European cribs, and travel accordingly,
Friday, kiss Teresa's butt for forgetting to pick up the right kind of brie, then a heavy weekend of sailing until Monday.
No wonder Kerry misvoted for the Patriot Act and the War. He couldn't fit in stuff like briefings or committee meetings.
His flip-flops are just his open nature sharing with us regular folks how he digests issues of the day.
