Near the end of his term, the Democrats were sitting on something like 200 of Bush's appointees. The article mentions one of them. Where was your problem with "partisan politics" then? Or is it only "partisan" when the other guy does it?
What makes you think this guy would create any real jobs? And exactly how? I have a pretty good idea how Milton Friedman would have gone about it.
