Lets say, for discussion sake, Kerry is president, and he has gotten France and Germany to help us with Iraq. What will he do when the terrorist try to pull a ‘Spain’ on those two countries and they back out?
It would never get to that. I don’t think Kerry, with his wonderful charm and all, could get France or Germany involved in Iraq. Their people want nothing to do about Iraq.
And what if the terrorist try and pull a 'Spain' on America. Would Kerry back down?
