F-15s and F-16s were designed around the USAF's boom method for aerial refueling. However, Sargent Fletcher has developed a wing tank for F-16s that includes a boom for the probe and drogue refueling method. They also have tanks to convert C-130s to KC-130s as well as "buddy stores" systems that attach to tactical aircraft and allow them to refuel other tactical aircraft.
