Bunk. Especially seeing as how folks one day are screaming that Bush wants to expand the # of troops in the military and next day nope, it's a full-scale Kerry-like retreat. Gotta luv the way fuzzy thinking anti-Bushies can straight faced claim he's taking 2 diametrically posed positions.
