A "bombshell" if it actually gets any media play - think Kerry and Edwrads will use it?
Say, in talking about W Bush administration's planning for the the post Saddam period? Looks like they have a good opportunity here to hang W Bush with Cheney baggage.
My assumption here is that this information is solid, but that is an assumption on my part.
Baring direct quotes from them, I see the media pretty much ignoring this story entirely.
