that predicted the California recall would fail, that Bustamonte would beat Arnold, and that Arizona was in play when Bush had a 15 point lead. Even Kerry admits he can't win Arizona and has pulled his advertising buys there.

Consider the source when looking at polls. The LA Times polling unit has a terrible track record.

Will Bush win California? Probably not, but I doubt it'll be anywhere close to the margins predicted by the LA Times.
