Couldn't tell ya . . .
Wouldn't watch the show on a bet -- but I don't think there are a lot of other airworthy Trimotors around. I'd only seen static displays until last weekend, including one outfitted with skis (for an Arctic expedition) in the USAF Museum in Dayton.
I'd love to get to a CAF show - far as I can tell, they're the leaders in restoration and airborne re-enactment . . . Houston's a little far to pedal from here, though.
