Scientists Warn of Mount St. Helens Blast

â€œA strengthening series of earthquakes at Mount St. Helens prompted seismologists Sunday to warn that the once-devastating volcano may see a small explosion soon.â€

I remember the 1980 eruption very well. As a young aspiring Geologist, I found it fascinating and terrifying at the same time.

Any HZers been there?
