Not only does Kissinger hate this stuff, but wrote a book called, "Diplomacy", in which he argued against this, and he was clearly on the side of "Old Europe" type ideas.
I never laughed so hard reading any book. Kissinger is a fool. I couldn't believe anyone regarded the person as representing America interests.
