GAK! Is this SLOW!
Running on dialup. Still waiting for ancient Speedstream DSL modem in the mail.
I've realized that my standard procedure when sitting down in the morning with the first cup of coffee is checking the e-mail, and sweeping through dozens of news, space information, and blog sites, often with more than half a dozen windows open at the same time loading while I'm skimming one. Doesn't work that well now. Oddly, the HZ is no faster or slower than it ever was.
I want fiber optic, dammit.
