That pooch has to be a liberal.
Every time he barks, woofs, arfs or whines it means something. He doesn't do it for no reason at all, there are no inane utterances made just to hear himself. And he's honest - everything is his best effort to communicate information.
That alone would be definitive, but there's more.
He doesn't nip at the heels of anything, trying to act like the big dogs, he is a big dog. Doesn't need to prove anything to anyone. Unlike a lot of conservatives.
He IS a dog, but he doesn't believe in gratituous violence, doesn't bother anything which isn't bothering him, or me, and gives everyone a second, or third chance. And then he uses only the force necessary for the situation. And he doesn't come up with any bullshit about "liberating" anything.
Another big difference is that he loves everyone, rich and poor. Doesn't distinguish, doesn't even ask. Doesn't care. Looks at the person, not the pocketbook.
So, eb, you'll have to agree ol' Sawtooth isn't a conservative, of the ebnelson variety. He's a great guy, has a purpose on this Earth, folks like and respect him, and look forward to his company. Heck, every once in a while I see him headed off for a walk with one or another neighbor. They can get him from his run. Some of the women like him along on an early or late run.
There are people who could learn a lot from him, if they could learn.

As I've said, my dog is a liberal. It's easy to tell.
