My gut instinct is to err on the side of personal liberty when there is sufficient doubt. Where the leftists shut down on me is when I extend that to economics. ;)

That being said, I hope you all are understanding about the tradeoff when the rubble is smoking and everyone is screaming about why someone didn't do something to "connect the dots" and stop the terrorists. The internet is now a major nexus for these people.
