If even half of this account of events is true, W Bush will either loose the election, or he will loose the war in Iraq.

The fundamental flaws alledged here, the 29 Iraqi speakers, the reliance on "intelligence assets", and the imposition of inapproriate remedies on ideological grounds, all have the stench of truth about them.

As far as duration of the occupation goes, the construction of the military bases in Iraq indicates a long term occupation.

Before the election occurs, somebody needs to ask the President who he thinks are going to be using those bases.

While I hope that not even helf of this account is true, I don't really have the time myself to sort it out. I leave that to the Habitable Zone.
