For starters, we're not sticking Kerry with positions Ted Kennedy has taken, so I'm not sure why you're folding the first Bush administration into this.

Second, Kerry has taken several mutually-inconsistent positions on Iraq, and unlike the list you give, he has done this all in the past few months.
