Kerry's Iraq plan is a puff of smoke blowing away in the wind.
Kerry better get a new Iraq plan. France and Germany are not going to be the Cavalry that comes to save the day like he is planning. Both have said reguardless of who is president, they will not be sending troops or money.
France might send a few troops if the US pulls out and lets the UN take charge. Maybe they can restart the Oil for Food program again and start the cash rolling into their pockets again.
