All enemy need to be tried before any weapons may be used.
From now on, we will issue our soldiers only lariats with which they will lasso the enemy. Then these enemies can be given due process. That is the LEFTIST way.
Of course, it is perfectly OK for them to kill not only our soldiers, but everybody they can manage to kill.
