Yep. You got it. The foreign invaders who are shooting up the cities are really friendly, the airplanes which bomb the population are just great to watch, and who wanted water and power, anyway. Lotsa people go take vacations where there is no water and power.

Thank God the Americans have taken the problem of oil out of their hands - it was just a source of corruption, bribery and food. Kept people from knowing what it was like to work.
