If any competent elderly person over the past thirty years in this country has frozen to death in their homes for lack of paying a heat bill, please point it out.

How about drilling for oil in the U.S.? Or maybe you care for caribou more than elderly Americans on fixed incomes* who will freeze to death? ;)
