At least for long times.

And women would complicate things which are going to be complicated enough.

Now, an all woman crew would be OK, too.

But it's silly to think that there wouldn't be divisive alliances and rivalries with their attendant jealousies and alienation with women present.

Heck, look at the US Navy, or the guards at Abu Ghraib.

Big problems.
