Raoul was not necessarily referring to any words in Ed's post at the top of the thread, but just the words he types in general. Are you implying that Ed never actually types anything, but copies everything he posts? (Or maybe he has hired chimps who type for him. ;) That would explain a lot.)

He copied it. It was written by David Horowitz

So he also reproduced it as a whole, with no critique, and no permission. That's copyright infringement. He would be permitted to excerpt bits constituting no more than 10% of the work for scholarly, critical or journalistic purposes, according to the "fair use" provision of the Copyright Act. But that was not what he did. He broke the law. Thank you for pointing that out.
