Reagan ended the Cold War and built a relationship that allowed America and Russia to work together to build the IIS.

I could be just as tacky and say â€œThe Columbia, which was built while Carter was President, failed and it the reason we are relying on Russiansâ€, but Carter has nothing to do with the Columbia destruction.

Leave the politics on CE.
