The fairy tale is that some peasant boy can murder his way to being a dicator, lose two wars that he stupidly started and expect not to follow the cease fire agreement which he signed and was accepted by the UN security council after a coaltion lead by a superpower routed his army out of Kuwait in a timespan of 100 hours.
