Uh, look who's calling those strikes: NASA,
who has the ultimate interest in defecting blame for its
cultural pathology.
So -- be a little more patient regarding the 'whole story'
especially with the proven NASA track record of
self-serving distortions, half-truths (pounds v. inches,
as an example), and evasions.
