Whatever Mary Anne, you are smarter than that...You know exactly why John kerry and John Edwards seperatly referred to Cheney's daughter's sexuality: They were gay-baiting the Vice President in front of a national audience.

They really thought they could trap him in an ackward position. It was a cheap partisan trick and it showed.

It crossed the line big time. It showed that they will use sex and sexuality to divide America if it helps them get elected. It was pathetic. And the polls show it backfired on Kerry as it should have.

Bush and Cheney may be a lot of things, but they are not bigots.

Trying to potray Republicans as bigots is one of the favorite tricks the Democrats love to play. Scaring minority groups into voting for Democrats seems to be one of Kerry's October suprises as I have predicted. Look for John Kerry to play the race card in the last days of the campaign.
