...its possible. But for the moment, we simply don't know for certain. The main thrust of the article is that if he was, there would be sufficient chatter leading towards that conclusion. But, I do think its an open question.
What we do know for certain, though, is that 1,102 American soldiers have died in Iraq, while over 8,000 have been wounded. We also know that Saddam did not have WMDs as alleged.
Work with what you do know and it leads towards the same conclusion - the Bush presidency has been a disaster.
