Sounds to me a lot like those people who can "prove" that the IRS is unconstitutional, and you don't have to legally pay taxes.

- Crap. Kerry IS legally qualified. I am still voting for Bush, but I would not wish to prevent the loyal opposition from voting for Kerry. Let the best man win. (n/t)
