The IAEA never visually inspected them after they sealed them up. They went back to check the seals in March of 2003, but because they appeared not to be broken did not check inside the facilityto actually confirm the explosives were there!

It's interesting to note that Saddam was being whitewashed of WMD programs and a nuclear program yet they knew he had this enormous stash of fissile material?!!!!!! What????

At this point you almost wonder if the IAEA is as corrupt as the UN and were also on Saddam's payroll.
