If they went in under John Kerry's leadership they would have lost 10,000+.

It will be interesting to see if the casulties go up if Kerry gets control.

I'm betting Kerry won't get the chance to screw up Iraq as much as he would like to: Even if Bush loses the election we'll have the place pretty well mopped-up before the Iraqi elections.
