Which negotiations? Are you kidding? The negotiations run by Bill Clinton.

Why ahead of bin Laden? Because the PLO has murdered far more people than Al Qaeda. If you will read the history of the PLO, you will see that this is true.

Won't the Palestinians still have one President? Not if the PLO splinters into warring factions.
