I think Osama left this mortal coil after he got killed at Tora Bora. However Dan Darling at http://regnumcrucis.blogspot.com/ thinks Osama is in Iran acting as a stooge for the mullahs. Dan Darling is one of the brightest guys on the Internet but I think he's wrong on this one.

The old Middle East axiom: "My enemy's enemy is my friend" applies to the Iranians as well as the Arabs. The Iranians are as Shiite as they come but they hate the Americans/Europeans more than Osama. So Osama would be a useful tool for them (particularly if they could execute him at their pleasure).
