In theory, the activities of GW Bush as president are public domain and of world interest. This is publicised (at US taxpayer expense) on http://www.whitehouse.gov/
What his political party does (at their own electorally-monitored expense) is an internal US matter, although there may be a foot-in-mouth thing here about US national overseas.
Somehow, I suspect the US forces in Iraq have no such directory problems...
