And he's gonna start with all the unecessary government workers in Hawaii and California. No more missile defense. A smaller, less threatening Navy. Pearl Harbor will be closed and Hawaii will be granted the independence it deserves; thus freeing it from the clutches of Uncle Sam! Then the savings in government spending can be reinvested on the mainland to give better unemployment benefits to the laid off government workers of california.
They will beat their swords into plowshares which will be used to cultivate hemp!!!
