The guy in video did appear to be in remarkably good shape given how bad Osama looked in earlier videos. His hat/towel and whiskers covered most of his head. Most of his body was covered as well. The image was also slightly out of focus. Osama's hands are heavily freckled. Due to the lack of focus, I couldn't tell if the guy in the video had freckles on his hands.

Maybe it is actor? How is Osama to establish that it's really him when he does these videos?
