He has lead the country out of a deficit that started under his predecessor, despite the worst attack this county has ever had (and it was planned while his predecessor was president, and despite the Enron mess (which also started under his predecessor).
President Bush inherited a big mess, but he has made America safe and turned the failing economy around.
