After patting down his hair a camera man made a wiseacre remark. He jokingly flipped him the bird and joked about it after word. The editing of those frames to exclude the context was just more of the desperate leftist distortion we see where they rewrite the context of Bush and his presidency.
And yes, I would vote for such a man. Kerry has done far worse.
