What's John McCain's stance on the Supreeme Court?
Will he side with Democrats or Republicans on the issue of "Strict Constructionism"?
Would Rudy Guliani support strict constructionism even though he has in the past taken positions that are largely "pro choice"? Kerry opened the door to nuanced positions...That gives both Republicans and Democrats a lot of room to manuver on issues like abortion that in elections past required one a candidate to clearly take one side or the other.
