U.N. goals

The hard truth is that the United Nations, largely comprised of collectivist entities, has the goal of having the wealth and military power of the United States and other great powers under its control.

It's obvious that the U.N. has no ability to do anything useful on its own. It needs the arms and money of America and other large nations. In return, it supplied the moral sanction of collective action that leftists so often need to justify their actions.

Kofi Annan. Supreme Commander of the Allied Forces of the World. I'd bet money he has a plaque like this in a drawer of his desk, just in case.

It would have been okay with a lot of leftists if we had invaded Iraq in blue helmets. It would be okay with a lot of leftists if Americans had to pay a "world income tax." But America on its own? Evil.

John Kerry:

Kerry's belief in working with allies runs so deep that he has maintained that the loss of American life can be better justified if it occurs in the course of a mission with international support. In 1994, discussing the possibility of U.S. troops being killed in Bosnia, he said, "If you mean dying in the course of the United Nations effort, yes, it is worth that. If you mean dying American troops unilaterally going in with some false presumption that we can affect the outcome, the answer is unequivocally no."
