Meanwhile, State Department spokesman Richard Boucher on Monday called reports on the possible resignation of Secretary of State Colin Powell "a pile of crap."
This is coming from the State Department...you know...the diplomatic folks.

Apparently Powell is staying on and so is Rumsfeld. Much to the chagrin of the global community who want to paint a great divide between Powell and Bush.
