Election silver lining...
With the election pretty much settling on a margin of a few hundred thousand votes in Ohio, but with Bush ahead by more than three million popular votes, I dare say we've heard the last of Democrats wailing about the electoral college.
John Kerry could easily have been elected president with over three million fewer popular votes than Bush. Think the liberals would have called him an illegitimate president?
