Yeah, on the Left there's no arrogance, no obsession with the destruction of their enemies, no self-righteousness, no contempt for people who disagree, no moral certainty that there can be no reasonable opposition to their ideas.
The real irony of your post is that it's about Palin, who in 2008 was arguably subjected to the worst Democratic virulent shitstorm I've seen in a long time. Her family was attacked as well. These attacks continue constantly, on dozens of fronts.
The attacks turn out to be false on almost every point, but hey, what real difference does accuracy make when your target audience thinks with its gut?
