I miss them

I miss removing them from an ailing TV, taking them to the local drug store, and testing them all in the big tube-tester contraption (omni-meter sort of thing, with reference materials). And once in a while, replacing a tube and seeing an improvement.

I've explained this process to my daughter, but she doesn't see the beauty.
