Fallujah tactics
Nov. 15: As the United States all but declared "mission accomplished" in Fallujah, NBC's Jim Miklaszewski reports military leaders may soon bring the same tactics to other Iraq hot spots.

War can not be won by staying on the defensive. The USA has finally begun systematic attack and annhilation of terrorist forces. I suppose that this had to wait on the Iraqi intelligence units coming up to speed, which they evidently have. We caught a mass of terrorists in Fallujah and destroyed them, destroying there bases as well. Only a relentless offensive like the one against Fallujah can succeed. A dozen more victories like Fallujah and the terrorists no longer be a serious threat to the emerging Iraqi government. If we know where the terrorists are, they are doomed. The Iraqis must provide this intelligence. USA firepower is sufficient to win, IF we know where to apply it.
