Stroking Prometheus
Is that what you kids are calling it, these days?
Seriously, I think that the orbit of Prometheus is known, and does not cross the ring.
I understand how the ring can get a scalloped appearance as result of a sheperd moon passing by. But I really don't get the diagonal cuts that show in this picture. Really strange!
