This is a spectacular example of the complete impotence of the United Nations in restraining a tyranny in any way whatsoever. Every analysis shows that Iran has been defying their edicts, defying their requests, and pretty much laughing in the U.N.'s face. The U.N. response has been waffling, issuing pronouncements, holding countless meetings, and dragging their feet on even minor sanctions, never mind anything more serious.

This has been in the news for many months. It's not like Iran has been surprising anyone with any of this.

When Iran sets off its first bomb, you will be able to label it "courtesy of the United Nations." This is what happens when you go the U.N. route to ensure world security.

If we are lucky, Israel or the U.S. will do something about this. A military action will be throroughly condemned by the United Nations, of course. Leftists will tear their clothing and cover themselves with ashes in horror at this ghastly abuse of a sovereign nation. Endless shit will be hurled at whatever entity goes in and finally takes care of business. And the planet will be one big step farther away from a nuclear holocaust, just like when Israel took out Iraq's capacity years ago.
