The mainstream newspapers tend to lean left, but if you really want to see full-bore commies, you have to go down the street to one of those free newspaper boxes and pick out your local ad-filled weekly (the ads alone, many of which feature leather and whips, are worth the effort). Last week's San Jose Metro had a survival guide for those mourning the election of Bush. Some classic stuff in there.
