Eloquence is a dying art
It is said that Lincoln took the silence after his address as disapproval... the powerful words had silenced the people, made them think. Has there been one post here of such eloquence? We are all just pretenders, spouting our beliefs in a clumsy manner, in time it all amounts to nothing. Just clumsy words assailing injustices that may or may not exist.
I will keep on with this pointlessness, as will most here- I guess all that matters is we are thinking and talking...
In the end it will matter nothing, In the end it makes us feel better
