After thinking about Daniel's post below regarding big city living, I have decided that I'm just not cut out for it...And as a result I am going to give up my lifelong dream of ruling the world.

Yes it is true: I have decided to retire as leader of the Vast Right Wing Conspiracy.

In fact, I have decided to do even more... I have decided to sell out...Yes that's right...Sell out the Vast Right Wing cConspiracy. I will therefore, donate forever, those parts of my plan for world domination which are not so evil as to endanger the very existence of the human race.

With that said, lets all agree that the UN, our current attempt a Transitional One World Government (TOWG), is a complete failure...No, make that disaster...It will never achieve TOWG status in its current form; therefore, I propose a very radical transformation of the organization into a true quasi-governmental body which will one day become a truly singular world government.

To achieve true TOWG status, the UN must take the following steps to total TOWGdom:

1. It must recognize the concept on one human being, one vote.
2. Freedom of political speech, religion, and peaceful assembly must never be abridged.
3. The right of the individual to own or take interest in private property will be fully recognized.
4. It must recognize that the individual is inherently free to choose his or her own destiny.
5. It must recognize the right of each individual human to choose whether or NOT to be subject to the governance of the UN during the one world government Transformational (TOWG) phase.
6. To be efficient, and have a realistic chance of success, the TOWG must be a structured as Constitutional Democratic Republic.
7. It must immediately evict all current member Nationstates who disagree with the simple ideals listed above.
8. It must demonstrate the above ideals by creating a means for individual citizens of the Earth to electively apply for, and gain citizenship in the TOWG.
9. The individual's decision to become a citizen of the TOWG cannot be inflicted, forced, or demanded by any individual, outside party, governmental body, agent, nationstate, or any other outside party. To become a citizen of TOWG must be the informed choice of the individual, made solely for himself and his/her future offspring.
10. Only living, breathing, human beings can apply for and receive recognized citizenship in TOWG. (I can't believe that we must specify crap like this...Its one of the reasons I want out!)
11. Once the individual has elected to become a citizen in TOWG, he will forever be subject to its laws except as provided for under Section 12 and Section 19.
12. An individual TOWG citizen can renounce his citizenship in TOWG at will; however said citizen will still be fully accountable for any actions that he/she took while a citizen of TOWG, and said citizen will forever forfeit his or her rights to future citizenship in TOWG. Said process will hereafter be referred to as "permanent blackball treatment".
13. Any citizen of TOWG will be subject to all rules, regulations, and laws of the organization subject to judicial review by the ICC and any other courts that have been established and/or recognized by the TOWG; however, non TOWG individuals will not be subject to the TOWG, its courts, or its rules and regulations under any circumstances although that non-citizen may be subject to the laws of a TOWG member nation depending on if the individual has separate but equal citizenship in that member nation exclusive of TOWG citizenship.
14. Citizenship in TOWG will be inherited by individuals born to or sired by existing citizens of TOWG.
15. Changes in the constitution, code, Laws and regulations of TOWG will only be enacted only by a 66.6% plurality of the General Assembly.
16. Member nations of TOWG will select their individual representatives to the General Assembly by whatever means the individual member national governments decide, preferably through a further manifestation of some form of representational democracy, although TOWG will respect the right of member nationions to self-determination in this regard.
17. The transitional phase will end only when every human on Earth has willfully elected to become a member, or the last remaining hold-outs die from natural causes (death not induced or inflicted by the TOWG...See also Section 9).
17a. Offspring of non citizens will maintain their non-citizen status unless they choose citizenship on or after their 18th Birthday.
18. 18 is the age at which an individual who has inherited citizenship attains the age of majority with full voting rights in TOWG.
19. 19 is the age at which a TOWG citizen is given an opportunity to renounce citizenship without the penalty of Permanent Blackball Treatment as outlined previously in Section 12.
20. The Constitution, Laws, Rules, Regulations, and any taxes levied by, or on behald of the TOWG, will not apply to individuals who elect to not become citizens of the TOWG irrespective of their citizenship in a member or non-member Nationstate.
21. Member nations must recognize the right of all individual humans to become a citizen of TOWG whether or not that individual's Nation is or is not a Member Nation. TOWG must recognize that the rights of the individual should especially extend to those individuals who are members of non-TOWG member nations where the rights of the individual are likely not respected and venerated.
22. Upon formation of the TOWG, the UN will be disbanded and no longer recognized. No member nation can be both a member of the UN and a member of the TOWG.

I know, I know, it’s not perfect! But nothing ever is...Keep in mind that it is only a Transitional One World Government (TOWG)...I've modeled it as more of a Confederation than a Federation...only those who want the TOWG will suffer, er eh, I mean be subject to the TOWG. Nobody can ever be forced to become a citizen of the TOWG...Everyone who doesn't elect TOWGship is free to continue to live "as is": Subject only to the will of thier current government, be it a TOWG Member state or not.

Now that I'm NOT going to be the self-appointed ruler and chief lawmaker of the TOWG, I have personally decided that I will not sign-up for citizenship in the TOWG; however, the important thing to keep in mind is that the option to subject one's self to the TOWG will now be available for those who would (for some unknown reason) actually believe in the beastly thing. first time in human history people could actually individually vote on and join with the concept of a World Government.

As an added bonus the TOWG will serve as a much more effective negotiating body than the current lame attempt at a TOWG (ie. the UN)
