Iraq Adopts Color Coded Terror Warning System
With barely $100B in US taxpayer funds, the Department of Homeland Security has reached out and assisted the nascent democracy in Iraq in implementing their own color coded terror warning system! I can honestly say that this is indubitably the sina qua non accomplishment of Tom Ridge's administration.
